We can also service and maintain Carrier, York, MTA, Trane, and many others. All services are conducted inline or above manufacturers recommendations. We also stock a wide range of spare parts to maintain minimal downtime.

Whilst servicing and maintaining chillers, we can also conduct preventative maintenance to all Central plant and equipment. We will adhere to DA 19 HVAC&R maintenance guidelines including statutory requirements for Essential Servicing in compliance with Australian Standards AS 1851.6, AS 3666 and AS 1668. We will closely monitor your buildings everyday operations, and can provide whole building optimisation and tuning to minimise electricity, gas and water usage.
